Andy Wyley has been a leader in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Risk Management for over 20 years. Passionate about helping companies assess their risks and, more importantly, develop effective mitigation strategies, Andy has a proven track record of designing and implemeting Business Continuity Management Programs (BCMP) across industries, including government, healthcare, manufacturing, and supply chain, for both publically and privately hdld companies.

Andy earned a Master’s degree in Social Work bringing a unique, people-centric perspective to crisis management and business resilience. She is also a certified Business Continuity Professional and a dedicated member of the Association of Continuity Professional Middle TN Chapter.

Andy lives in Franklin with her husband.
